Weather Conditions for Tuesday January 31, 2012

Shed the winter jackets today, I know I am. Currently the temperature is 41 degrees Fahrenheit and we are experiencing gentle WSW winds around 6 mph. Take a look at the sky and you will notice a thick cover of cummulostratus clouds. We are in for a beautiful day with a humidity of 69% and the high for the day projected to come close to the warmest temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit recorded in Eau Claire on January 31st, 1993. Tonight temperatures will fall to around 27 degrees Fahrenheit and there is currently no chance of precipitation, so we are in for a mild evening also. I predict that temperatures for tomorrow will be just under 40 degrees Fahrenheit for the high. Although the sun is covered up by the clouds please try to enjoy the warm weather, it is January after all.

Sorry no weather related post today! I will be posting daily weather reports beginning Monday, January 30th. Until then feel free to check my blog, I have posted some photos I took and check out my "videos" section if you would like to get the low down on Lake Superior surfing in winter and early spring! I will be updating these sections of my blog as I acquire new content, which should be often. I also encourage you to read my "about me" section to see what I am all about. While my hometown of Pewaukee, WI is not very large it is home to some really good Musky fishing and J.J. Watt, former University of Wisconsin defensive end and current Texan defensive end in the NFL. If you know absolutely nothing about my hometown you can do a little exploring on the google map I have provided. I will start posting some of the links I find valuable in recording weather conditions in the Eau Claire area come next Monday. For now try your hand at being a tornado by playing some online games I have posted in under my "links", I highly recommend it!
